Placing an Order TOP
Baker’s Village Garden Center offers excellent customer service. We are experts in helping you pick out that perfect gift whether it is for a baby, friend, wedding, birthday or something for yourself!

Sales Tax TOP
A sales tax of 6.75% is added to orders shipped to Ohio addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Ohio.
Payment Options TOP
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Pay Pal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
Pay Pal is free and easy to use. You can pay by American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and e-check or directly from your bank account. If paying with an e-check, it must clear before shipment can be made. E-Checks can take 3-5 days to clear. Please remember this if your order has a dead line.
We do not accept cash, or CODs.

At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to international, APO & FPO addresses, US Territory addresses, and PO Boxes.

Return Policy — Online Store Only TOP
At Baker’s Village Garden Center, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Baker’s Village Garden Center will accept returns within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please call Customer Service at (614) 889-9407.

Return Policy — Garden Center, Gift Shoppe and Floral Design Studio TOP
GIFT SHOPPE
All returns or exchanges are to be made within 14 days of purchase date. Upon presentation of a cash register receipt, the customer may receive either a cash refund, charge card credit or exchange the item for other merchandise in the store. (MC or Visa charge slips do not qualify as cash register receipts.)
Returned merchandise must be in original condition.
Seasonal merchandise may not be returned or exchanged after the occasion --- (i.e. Easter, July 4th, Halloween, Christmas)
Sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
FLORAL DESIGN STUDIO
Silk floral arrangements—due to the fragile nature of our floral creations, returns or exchanges are to be made within 24 hours of purchase date. Upon presentation of a cash register receipt, the customer may receive either a cash refund, charge card credit or exchange the item for other merchandise in the store. (MC or Visa charge slips do not qualify as cash register receipts.)
Special Orders are non-returnable.
GARDEN CENTER
To preserve the integrity of our healthy plant stock, live plants may not be returned or exchanged.
Shrubs and Trees are guaranteed at 50% of the purchase price within 1 year of the purchase date. Guarantee void if plant isn’t given proper care and watering. Upon presentation of a cash register receipt, the customer may receive either a cash refund, charge card credit or exchange the item for other merchandise in the store. (MC or Visa charge slips do not qualify as cash register receipts.)
Roses are NOT included in this guarantee.
Returns & Exchanges on items that Lost, Delayed or Damaged TOP
Baker’s Village Garden Center is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Note: All packages send via UPS or FedEX are traceable and automatically insured for $100.

At Baker’s Village Garden Center, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items.
The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
Baker’s Village Garden Center will ship your order within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Baker’s Village Garden Center ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, and FedEX.
Please note that I am unable to arrange delivery to PO Boxes.
